Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – Cryptify Hub

At Cryptify Hub, we are committed to providing secure and reliable hardware wallet solutions. Below, you will find answers to common questions about our products and services.

A hardware wallet is a physical device designed to securely store the private keys of your cryptocurrency assets. Unlike online wallets, hardware wallets keep your keys offline (cold storage), protecting them from hackers, malware, and unauthorized access.

Hardware wallets provide offline storage, meaning your private keys are never exposed to the internet. Our wallets feature:

  • Military-grade encryption to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Tamper-proof design to ensure the integrity of your device.

Multi-layer security with PIN codes and biometric authentication (for supported models).

Our hardware wallets support a wide range of cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH) and ERC-20 tokens
NFTs and digital collectibles
Other major cryptocurrencies
For a complete list of supported assets, please check the product specifications.

No. Cryptify Hub provides hardware wallets only for securely storing digital assets. We do not offer services related to buying, selling, exchanging, or trading cryptocurrencies.

Setting up your wallet is simple:

  1. Unbox the device and connect it to your computer or smartphone.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a PIN and backup your recovery phrase.
  3. Transfer your crypto from an existing wallet or exchange.
  4. Securely store your recovery phrase in a safe place (never share it with anyone).

If you lose your device, you can recover your assets using the 12-24 word recovery phrase provided during setup. Keep this phrase secure and offline, as anyone with access to it can recover your funds.
